Our Guest House offers a wide selection of rooms, suitable for every budget, and length of stay.

We are happy to accommodate for early check-ins, as well as late checkouts. We have spacious and luxurious double rooms for guests on a weekend break, or comfortable, affordable singles, for those looking for a budget B&B in Southampton. Each of our thirteen bedrooms has been stylishly designed and decorated in soothing colours and bespoke soft furnishings complimented with comfy beds, crisp white linens and high-quality duvets and pillows. Our ensuite rooms feature high-pressured showers, heated towel rails, complimentary toiletries, and of course fluffy white towels. All our bedrooms are equipped with complimentary WIFI, large flat screen TV’s, tea and coffee making facilities and generous hospitality trays.

Flooded with natural light from the expansive bay windows and decorated in soft undertones of purple and lilac our deluxe twin room affords a spacious and comfortable environment. Guests can choose to unwind in the leather armchair, peruse the web with our complimentary Wi-Fi or lay out and relax on the soft inner sprung mattresses whilst watching the numerous digital channels on our 40-inch flat screen TV.

Situated at the rear of our guesthouse in an annex our premium ensuite rooms offer a large double pine bed with inner sprung mattress, complimentary tea and coffee, a large flat screen TV and a patio terrace. They also have direct access to our garden with views across the Mayflower theatre. It is possible to sleep two guests in this room if required. Please talk to us directly.

Budget Twin / Double

For those guests a little more price conscious we offer budget double and twin rooms. These habitations offer a perfect balance of quality and affordability, featuring all the comfort and space of the classic Ensuite rooms however they share clean communal bathrooms located a few steps down the hall.

Decorated in hues of Lilac and rouge our budget single rooms are cosy but offer all the amenities of our premium rooms, excluding an ensuite bathroom. Black out curtains, crisp white linen, two goose down pillows, complimentary toiletries. These rooms are great for a short stopover or longer-term contract workers looking to keep to a budget.

Flooded with natural light from the large bay windows our spacious triple room features three single beds, black out blinds, contemporary furniture and digital TV. These room types are ideal for families, contract workers or friends on a night out.

In addition to our Bed and Breakfast we also offer one and two-bedroom serviced apartments for both short and long term lets. Each apartment comes with a fully equipped kitchen, white Linen and towels, a large flat screen Television, strong WIFI and digital TV with some apartments featuring SKY TV as well.
